Any use of the coraliegueneau.com website and any booking of a service or purchase of a product offered by Coralie Gueneau implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of use and sale.

Article 1 - Definitions
"Coralie Gueneau" designates both the person Coralie Gueneau and the sole proprietorship Coralie Gueneau registered with the RNE under the SIRET number 89904263400027, whose head office is located at 6 rue Agrippa d'Aubigné 75004 Paris and whose activity is carried out at 8 rue Castex 75004 Paris.
"Offer" means any service or product delivered by Coralie Gueneau.
The "Customer" designates any person benefiting from an offer from Coralie Gueneau or making the reservation for a third party. If necessary, are considered as Customers both the third person benefiting from the offer delivered by Coralie Gueneau and the person having made the reservation.
The "Contract" refers to these general terms and conditions of use and sale.
"Session" refers to a service during which the Customer benefits from the presence, skills and techniques that Coralie Gueneau is professionally trained to use in order to support the Customer's well-being and personal development, and for which the terms and conditions, such as duration, price and location, are indicated at the time of booking.
"Individual Session" means a Session in which only Coralie Gueneau and the Customer participate.
"Collective Session" means a Session in which Coralie Gueneau and one or more Customers participate.
"Collaborator" refers to Ms Eva Filippone, whose sole proprietorship is registered with the RNE under SIRET number 85375167500010, whose registered office is located at 8 Impasse Barbacane 83520 Roquebrune-sur-Argens, and working for Coralie Gueneau as a service provider in the capacity of Office Business Manager.
Article 2 - Definition of the parties
This Agreement is entered into between :
the Customer; and
Coralie Gueneau.
Article 3 - Contact
The Customer may at any time contact Coralie Gueneau at coralie@coraliegueneau.com or via the contact form available on the coraliegueneau.com website.
The Customer understands that e-mail exchanges are reserved for practical and technical communications, and can in no way replace individual sessions or constitute a therapeutic space on which to rely.
The Customer therefore undertakes to book an individual session if he or she feels the need for support, and not to wait for an e-mail exchange to fulfil this function.
Coralie Gueneau reserves the use of social networks for personal and marketing purposes. Therefore, under no circumstances will she respond to solicitations related to the Customer's support on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or Threads.
The Customer undertakes to contact Coralie Gueneau exclusively by e-mail at coralie@coraliegueneau.com or via the contact form available on the website coraliegueneau.com.
Article 4 - Acceptance of the general conditions of use and sale
By using the website coraliegueneau.com or by booking a service or purchasing a product proposed by Coralie Gueneau, the Customer declares to have read carefully and to accept without reserve the entirety of the present general conditions of use and sale.
Any reservation or purchase by the Customer of a service or a product offered by Coralie Gueneau is considered as the conclusion of the present Contract.
Article 5 - Prior declarations by the parties
The Customer declares and guarantees to Coralie Gueneau :
be of legal age and have the physical, mental and legal capacity to enter into this contract on behalf of themselves, their minor child and/or any third party; and
be under the care of a doctor-psychiatrist holding a recognized state diploma and registered with the French Medical Association, at least once a month in the event of a diagnosed mental disorder and/or suicidal thoughts.
Coralie Gueneau represents and warrants to the Customer:
have signed and respected the Code of Ethics for Somatic Experiencing® Practitioners, available here; and
be supervised at least twice a month (excluding periods of unavailability) by a Somatic Experiencing® trainer and/or a Polyvagal Institute trainer; and
not be a physician; and
not be a psychologist.
Article 6 - Nature of the Contract
The present Contract constitutes a contract for the provision of services and products relating to well-being and personal development, and is therefore governed by the French Consumer Code.
Article 7 - Nature and description of offers
The offers proposed by Coralie Gueneau are designed to support the well-being and personal development of the customer.
Coralie Gueneau's offers:
have no medical purpose; and
in no way replace medical advice; and
in no way replace medical diagnosis and/or treatment; and
are not the same as acts reserved for healthcare professions regulated by the French Public Health Code.
The offers proposed by Coralie Gueneau are the following:
Discovery Session
intended for Customers booking a Coralie Gueneau service for the first time and residing anywhere in the world except the USA and Canada and which includes:
a) access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
b) an Individual Session."Individual Follow-Up Session"
intended for Customers who have already booked a service from Coralie Gueneau and who reside anywhere in the world except the USA and Canada and which includes:
a) access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
b) an Individual Session."Supervision"
intended for coaching professionals residing anywhere in the world with the exception of the USA and Canada and which includes:
a) access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
b) an Individual Supervision Session of professional coaching practice."Le Cocon"
is intended for customers who have already booked a service from Coralie Gueneau and reside anywhere in the world except the USA and Canada, and includes:
- access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
- a package of a predefined number of Individual Sessions to be used within a predefined timeframe at the time of booking."The Resource"
intended for Customers who have already booked a service from Coralie Gueneau and who reside anywhere in the world except the USA and Canada and which includes:
- access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
- a package of a predefined number of Individual Sessions to be used within a predefined timeframe at the time of booking."USA & Canada - Discovery Session"
for customers booking a Coralie Gueneau service for the first time and residing in the USA or Canada, including:
- access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
- an Individual Session."USA & Canada - Follow-Up Session"
intended for customers who have already booked a service with Coralie Gueneau and who live in the USA or Canada, and which includes:
- access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
- an Individual Session."USA & Canada - Supervision"
for coaching professionals living in the USA or Canada, including:
a) access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
b) an Individual Supervision Session for professional coaching practice."USA & Canada - Le Cocon"
intended for customers who have already booked a service from Coralie Gueneau and reside in the USA or Canada, and which includes:
- access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
- a package of a predefined number of Individual Sessions to be used within a predefined timeframe at the time of booking."USA & Canada - The Resource"
for customers who have already booked a service from Coralie Gueneau and reside in the USA or Canada, and which includes:
- access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.); and
- a package of a predefined number of Individual Sessions to be used within a predefined timeframe at the time of booking.One-off services
- includes access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.);
- details of the service are given on the booking page.Products
- includes access to one or more digital contents (pdf document, audio, video, etc.);
- product details are mentioned on the sales page.
The terms and conditions of the services (duration, price, number of sessions included in the package, duration of validity of the package, place of delivery, nature of the digital content provided) and the nature of the products are indicated at the time of reservation or purchase. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without notice by Coralie Gueneau. The terms and conditions in force are those mentioned on the site at the time the customer makes the reservation or purchase.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the offers proposed by Coralie Gueneau, as these all include the supply of digital content without material support, the execution of which begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and that:
a) the Customer.e has previously given his or her express consent for the performance of the Contract to begin before the end of the withdrawal period; and
b) the Customer has acknowledged that he or she will lose his or her right of withdrawal; and
c) Coralie Gueneau provides confirmation of the consumer's agreement in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of article L221-13.
Article 9 - Mutual commitment
The Customer agrees to :
work actively with Coralie Gueneau; and
provide Coralie Gueneau with the information necessary for the proper performance of the services, in particular any useful information on her personal situation such as illness, pregnancy, particular vulnerabilities, disability, etc.; and
respect the intellectual property of Coralie Gueneau as defined in article 19 of this contract.
Coralie Gueneau undertakes to :
to take all due care and diligence to ensure that the support provided runs smoothly, and to keep the Customer informed of any difficulties that may arise during the course of the service; and
to refuse any support that does not fall within the scope of its competencies, and in such cases, to propose to the customer the contact details of a professional whose approach and competencies it deems to be better suited to the situation; and
make available to the customer his or her professional certifications and/or certificates of classroom training.
The Customer understands that Coralie Gueneau is subject to an obligation of means intended for the well-being and personal development of the Customer and not to an obligation of results.
The Customer shall not hold Coralie Gueneau responsible for the improvement or otherwise of his or her condition and quality of life.
Article 10 - Minors
In the interest of both parties, any legal guardian of a minor proceeding with the reservation or purchase of a Coralie Gueneau offer for that minor understands and consents to the following statements:
As she is neither a doctor nor a psychologist, as stated in article 5 of this contract, Coralie Gueneau is not subject to the same laws and codes of ethics as the medical or paramedical professions.
Coralie Gueneau makes no distinction between a minor and an adult in the way she delivers her offers. Thus, any minor benefits from the same rights to confidentiality as an adult and Coralie Gueneau does not undertake to communicate any information exchanged during the course of its services to the person legally responsible for the reservation.
Any process of regulating the nervous system, of resolving psychotraumatic experiences and of personal development may contribute to a destabilization of the client's situation. Thus, difficulties may emerge within the client's interpersonal relationships, including those between the minor and his or her legal guardian. This is inherent to the process in which the legal guardian has chosen to engage the minor, and Coralie Gueneau cannot be held responsible in any way.
In the interest of both parties, any person legally responsible for a minor proceeding to the reservation or purchase of a Coralie Gueneau offer for this minor undertakes:
to take responsibility for this reservation or purchase from any other person who also has legal responsibility for the minor. Coralie Gueneau cannot be held responsible for the absence of consent from any other legal guardian who has not been informed of this reservation or purchase; and
to be accompanied by a professional trained in the resolution of developmental psychotrauma and the regulation of the nervous system, should difficulties arise or worsen in his or her relationship with the minor accompanied by Coralie Gueneau; and
not to encroach on the session time reserved for minors, except in exceptional cases and with the prior consent or invitation of Coralie Gueneau.
Article 11 - Booking process
All reservations are made by the customer via the Acuity Scheduling reservation software according to the following process:
Choice of service ;
Choice of place of delivery ;
Choice of service schedule ;
Option to add one or more additional hours for the same service;
Fill in your personal information or log in to your personal account;
Acceptance of terms and conditions ;
Enter your bank details ;
Validation of the reservation with or without payment depending on the type of service chosen;
Receipt of a confirmation email with booking details and a link to cancel and/or postpone the service.
Article 12 - Purchasing process
Any purchase of one or more products is made by the Customer via the Coralie Gueneau website according to the following process:
Choice of product(s) ;
Cart validation ;
Fill in your personal information ;
Acceptance of terms and conditions ;
Enter your bank details ;
Confirmation of purchase and payment of product(s) ;
Receipt of an email confirming the purchase of the product(s).
Article 13 - Prices and payment terms
The prices of the offers proposed by Coralie Gueneau are fixed by Coralie Gueneau. They vary according to the offer.
The prices applicable to the Customer on the date of conclusion of the Contract are those in force as mentioned on the reservation page for services or sale of products.
Tender payment terms are as follows:

An exception concerns customers who have already booked services with Coralie Gueneau before July 6, 2024, who then retain the possibility of paying by bank transfer, with written agreement by e-mail from Coralie Gueneau.
Article 14 - Cancellation and postponement
a) Cancellation and postponement at the customer's initiative
Cancellations and postponements at the customer's initiative are made directly on the customer's personal account or via the link received in the booking confirmation email.
Any session cancelled or postponed by the customer less than 48 hours in advance is due in full.
b) Cancellation and postponement at Coralie Gueneau's initiative
In the event of exceptional circumstances, Coralie Gueneau reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session. The customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered another session according to availability.
Article 15 - Delay
a) Customer's lateness
If the customer is late, the session will end at the originally scheduled end time, with the time spent late being deducted from the session time.
Any delay of more than 45 minutes is equivalent to a cancellation.
b) Coralie Gueneau's lateness
In the event of Coralie Gueneau's lateness, the session is maintained in its entirety and ends at the originally scheduled end time, plus the duration of the lateness.
Article 16 - Duration of the contract
The present Contract comes into force from the date of its conclusion until the completion of the services booked by the Customer.
Article 17 - Termination of the Contract
a) Termination of the Contract by the Customer
Only a case of force majeure as described in article 20 of the present Contract, which would result in the total inability of the Customer to benefit from the support, may justify termination of the Contract by the Customer.
In such a case, the Customer must notify and justify his or her wish to terminate the Contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to : Coralie Gueneau, 8 rue Castex 75004 Paris. If the case of force majeure is justified and recognized, the Contract will be terminated and automatic payment will be suspended. If the Customer has made a one-off payment by bank transfer, he or she will be reimbursed pro rata for services already completed. Cancellation of the Contract by the Customer does not in any way entail reimbursement of services already completed.
b) Termination of the Contract by Coralie Gueneau
Coralie Gueneau reserves the right to terminate the Contract without having to justify its decision and without any reimbursement of the services already provided. In this case, Coralie Gueneau will notify the Customer by e-mail of the immediate termination of the Contract. The automatic payment set up by the Customer will then be suspended. If the Customer has made a one-off payment by bank transfer, he or she will be reimbursed in proportion to the services already completed.
Non-exhaustive list of behaviors by the Customer that may result in immediate termination of the Contract: stopping medical treatment without prior agreement with his/her doctor or without respecting his/her doctor's recommendations, verbal or physical aggression, excessive use of psychotropic substances, etc.
Article 18 - Confidentiality and personal data
The Customer and Coralie Gueneau acknowledge the confidential nature of all information and data exchanged between them for the performance of this Contract and undertake to keep them confidential in accordance with Coralie Gueneau's Privacy Policy available here as well as the conditions set out below.
The Customer acknowledges having read this Privacy Policy prior to entering into this Agreement and accepts its terms without reservation.
The Privacy Policy is supplemented by the conditions set out below.
In order to optimize Coralie Gueneau's business, her associate has full and unrestricted access to :
Coralie Gueneau's mailbox and the content exchanged in emails received and sent; and
the Acuity reservation software and all personal data collected when booking a service provided by Coralie Gueneau; and
all content made available to the Customer on the website by Coralie Gueneau, including pages reserved for the Customer's Cocoon or Resource.
The Associate undertakes to respect the confidentiality of this information and not to share it with any third party.
For training purposes and in order to improve the service offered by Coralie Gueneau to the Customer, Coralie Gueneau may share information exchanged with her supervisors and colleagues during training and/or supervision sessions. If necessary, Coralie Gueneau undertakes to share this information in such a way as to preserve the Customer's anonymity. Where appropriate, Coralie Gueneau undertakes to share this information in such a way as to preserve the Customer's anonymity. Supervisors and colleagues are themselves bound by an obligation of confidentiality regarding the data exchanged.
Article 19 - Intellectual property
By virtue of the Intellectual Property Code, and apart from the exceptions then duly mentioned, all written, graphic, audio and video content created by Coralie Gueneau and made available to you on the coraliegueneau.com website or by any other means (e-mail, hand delivery, etc.) is subject to copyright and belongs to Coralie Gueneau. Any partial or total use or reproduction of this content by others without the written consent of Coralie Gueneau is strictly forbidden.
Article 20 - Force majeure
Neither the Customer nor Coralie Gueneau may be held responsible for any delay or failure due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure usually recognized by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals.
In the event of persistence of the effects consecutive to the event constituting a case of force majeure for more than fifteen days, and only if these result in the total inability of the party concerned to take part in the accompaniment, the Customer.e and Coralie Gueneau agree that the present Contract may be terminated by operation of law at the initiative of the most diligent party by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, without prejudice to the conditions of payment for services rendered.
Article 21 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Contract is governed by French law.
In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Coralie Gueneau offers a consumer mediation service.
The mediation body selected is: CNPM Médiation Consommation.
In the event of a dispute that has not been resolved by a written request addressed to Coralie Gueneau, the customer may lodge a complaint on the website: https: //cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu or by post by writing to:
